Carson Wentz Describes What Football In North Dakota Is Like

Carson Wentz of North Dakota State University went number 2 in the NFL draft to the Philadelphia Eagles. The North Dakota (Bismarck) native was asked to pen an essay by "The Players Tribune" website about what it was like growing up and playing football in North Dakota.  As you will see by clicking here, its very similar to what we are used to I would say.

Seeing a guy get into the NFL from North Dakota State as the number 2 draft pick overall is amazing. It shows what the little schools can do. I have often said if a Canadian quarterback who will have no future in the CFL by playing CIS could do his thing at a school like this, it would be great for his future.
