The New Mosaic Is Just About at the Halfway Point

It was one year ago that ground was broken on the new Mosaic Stadium and on the one year anniversary, the city of Regina says the structure is 44 percent complete.

PCL's Sean Hamelin says they are right where they want to be at this time and that everything has gone quite well.

Mayor Michael Fougere says the stadium will go through some test events to make sure everything is fine before the Riders play their first home game in the 278 million dollar stadium in June 2017
