Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes To The Riders Coaching Staff

Nothing will likely be made public until after the Grey Cup, but Rogers Sportsnet/ Sportscage insider Arash Madani has let it be known that the Saskatchewan Roughriders are parting ways with defensive line coach Mike Walker and linebackers coach Alex Smith. Walker had been with the team for two years while Smith has a long resume having coached high school football in Regina along with being the Rams defensive co-ordinator for five years before joining the Riders in 1996.

Richie Hall needs to go!!!

I am hearing Smith decided to retire. I'm sure the man could write a book having served as an assistant to Chamblin, Miller, Barrett, Daley, Austin etc. etc.

I believe Richie Hall's contract is done. In that case, the Riders can just sign a new D.C. without even announcing that they are releasing Richie. Lord I hope that happens and if it doesn't, I want to know who Richie caught doing what.
