Environment Canada has issued this for the Regina region...
5 or more cm of snow expected tonight.
A Colorado low is expected to bring the first significant snowfall of the season to central and eastern portions of Southern Saskatchewan. Late this morning, snow is falling over Central Montana, and this snow will work its way into south-Central Saskatchewan late this afternoon and across the remainder of the central and eastern grainbelt tonight. It will then gradually taper off from southwest to northeast throughout the day on Sunday.
Total accumulations should range from around 5 cm on the periphery of the warned regions to as much as 15 cm in the east-central and northeastern grainbelt. Once the snow starts to accumulate, northwest winds of 30 to 40 km/h will likely produce drifting and local blowing snow.
