The SJHL Season Begins

The puck is ready to drop on the 42nd season of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League Thursday night. Just over five months from the time that the La Ronge Ice Wolves won the Credit Union Cup with an overtime victory over Yorkton in Game 6 of the finals, the league gets back to business tonight with just one game.
The Estevan Bruins, a team much improved from last year with the addition of former Ice Wolves Ben Findlay and Joel Danyluk along with Troy Hunter, who comes from the RBC Cup champion Dauphin Kings, will head to Melville to take on a young Millionaires team that will make you work for a victory in their home arena.
The game will be available to Access Communications subscribers across Saskatchewan starting with a special one hour pre-game/preview show starting at 630. The game can also be seen free of charge on www.sjhl.ca
