R.I.P Captain Lou

If you are a long time wrestling fan, I don't have to tell you who Captain Lou Albano is. He was one of the stars of the what was then the World Wrestling Federation when wrestling started to become main-stream in the 80's. Albano died today at the age of 76.

I will always remember Lou Albano for his work with the Wild Samoans back when WWF started and also his work with the Headshrinkers in the early 90's. He was one of the great managers in the industry helped revolutionize the role.

I'm going to stick a rubber band in my beard in memory of Captain Lou!

If I had a beard, I'd wear an elastic in it too, LOL. Just think of all the former wrestling individuals who've gone to the big squared circle in the sky. Too many and that scares me! RIP Lou.
